WomenLift Health 2025 East Africa Signature Leadership Journey Program

The WomenLift Health Africa Signature Leadership Journey is a 12-month leadership development program for mid to senior career women working in health. It combines in-person residencies with virtual learning, mentoring, coaching, and a self-directed leadership project, with a focus on building voice, presence, and influence in global public health. The program is fully funded, covering all costs including travel and lodging.

Fully funded participation; access to mentorship and coaching; peer network; leadership development tools and frameworks; opportunities to implement a leadership project.

Identify as a woman; work in public health policy, practice, and/or research at national or East Africa regional levels; 10–20 years of experience in public health; reside and work in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan, Tanzania, or Ethiopia; be a national of one of these countries; fluent in English.
