CrossCulture Program in Germany 2026

The CrossCulture Program 2026 in Germany (CCP Fellowships) is a fully funded exchange program for professionals and active volunteers from over 40 countries. It lasts 2 to 3 months in Germany, during which participants work with host organisations, gain real work experience, attend workshops and events, and build international networks. The program is organized by ifa and funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, aiming to develop future leaders who address social issues in their communities and beyond.

Monthly stipend, round-trip travel, accommodation, health insurance, visa fee reimbursement, and monthly public transport ticket; for German-based scholars, similar reimbursements are provided.

Applicants must be professionals or active volunteers with at least two years of civil society experience, and must be nationals of the listed countries; German nationals may apply as well.
