Binational Double Master's in Biomedical Sciences (IMBS)

This is a binational two-year international Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences offered jointly by the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Freiburg. The programme combines eight months of study in Buenos Aires and eight months in Freiburg, culminating in a double degree (MSc and Maestria) awarded by the partner universities along with a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Biomedical Sciences (DAS) upon successful completion of the modules and lab rotation.

A joint Master of Science degree awarded by the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Freiburg for successful completion. Includes a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Biomedical Sciences (DAS) in Freiburg, language and intercultural training, and access to integrated modules across both campuses.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (minimum three years) in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields, with evidence of English proficiency (minimum level B2) and at least one year of related work experience. Applications may be made even if the degree is not yet conferred by the time of application, provided it will be before courses start.
