The Blue Carbon Hub Early Career Ocean Professionals Program 2026 is an eight-week placement hosted in Perth, Australia, for emerging ocean professionals. Participants undertake a focused project related to blue carbon science, finance or policy, working with the Blue Carbon Hub and a project collaborator. The program aims to strengthen skills, knowledge and professional networks among participants from Indian Ocean Rim Association Member States.
