Nederlands Letterenfonds Fellowship 2027 in Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Nederlands Letterenfonds Fellowship 2027 is a five-month literary residency in Amsterdam for established writers based in the Caribbean Parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It enables recipients to focus on a literary research or writing project while engaging with an international academic community, with a comprehensive package of financial and logisitcal support.

Five-month residency at NIAS in Amsterdam, personal stipend, return flight reimbursement, subsidized accommodation, private office, access to NIAS library and facilities, participation in seminars and interdisciplinary discussions, and engagement with international scholars.

Mid-career or senior writers are preferred.

Submit a developed literary project and supporting materials during the application window (6 July 2026 – 25 August 2026).
