Independent Expert Group for the ARISE Program (CIF): Global Call for Climate Finance and Resilience Experts

The Climate Investment Funds (CIF) invites experts to join the Independent Expert Group for the ARISE program. The group will consist of six internationally selected professionals in climate change, finance, and development economics, with two co-chairs appointed from among them. Selected experts will be remunerated under World Bank consultant procurement rules and the process includes an application deadline and explicit requirements for submission.

Remuneration for selected experts; participation in evaluation, research and reporting activities related to ARISE implementation.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree or PhD in relevant fields and a minimum of 12 years of professional experience; experience in climate resilience or development finance is highly relevant.
