KAS Media Africa Local Journalism Award 2026

The KAS Media Africa Local Journalism Award 2026 invites journalists to submit their local journalism work published in 2025, in English or French, including print, online, audio, video features, and innovative social media journalism projects. The three winners receive an invitation to the Local Journalism Conference in Malawi in February 2026, organized by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s Regional Media Programme for Sub-Saharan Africa, along with financial support to back their projects.

Work must have been published in 2025. Submissions can be in English or French.
