EIC Women Leadership Programme 2026: Call for Mentors to Shape Europe’s Next Generation of Women Innovators

The European Innovation Council (EIC) has launched its 2026 Call for Mentors under the EIC Women Leadership Programme, inviting experienced professionals across Europe’s innovation ecosystem to support high-potential women researchers and entrepreneurs. The programme aims to strengthen leadership skills, expand networks, and support entrepreneurial growth, with a structured mentoring scheme pairing mentors with mentees for a multi-month engagement.

Official mentor recognition and certification, visibility across EIC channels, access to an exclusive European network of investors and innovation leaders, invitations to speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and participation in events such as the EIC Summit.

Open to experienced professionals from across Europe’s innovation ecosystem willing to contribute on a pro bono basis.

Applications must be submitted through the official EIC application platform. Shortlisted mentors are invited to onboarding and then matched with mentees based on expertise and needs.
