Asia’s Rising Circle Program 2026

Asia’s Rising Circle Program 2026 is a regional leadership program organized by the Singapore International Foundation. It combines online learning with an immersive in-person experience in Singapore, aimed at emerging changemakers from Southeast Asia, China, and India. Selected participants receive travel assistance, hotel accommodations, meals, local transport costs, and more, with no application fee.

Be a citizen or resident of Southeast Asia, China, or India, aged 25–35, with professional experience in public, private, or non-profit sectors and demonstrated involvement in positive community impact.
