APRI Young Talent Program 2026

The APRI Young Talent Program is a recurring internship offering young professionals and recent graduates practical experience in African policy research. The program provides opportunities to gain insights into APRI’s work, contribute to research and advocacy, and participate in activities such as conferences, workshops, webinars, and content development. Cohorts involve various roles tailored to APRI’s current program needs, with responsibilities including research, data analysis, writing, and event support.

Practical experience and professional development within APRI; insight into think-tank work and contribution to research and advocacy; shortlisted candidates may be placed on a reserve roster for future positions.

Applicants are young professionals and recent graduates worldwide. EU-based applicants must be enrolled in a European university; applicants in Africa or other regions may apply if recently graduated or between programs and must be able to work in GMT+1 or GMT+2 time zones.
