The UNICEF consultancy seeks to develop training curricula on budget literacy for parliamentarians, local authorities, and planning officers in Senegal. The assignment includes needs assessment, curriculum design, module development, and practical guides in French and Wolof, with deliverables across three actor groups. The consultant will produce modular training materials, pilot evaluations, and governance tools to improve budget transparency and accountability for children’s social expenditures.
