Rice Miller Business Training Program and Business Development Support 2025

The Rice Miller Business Training Program offers an in-depth specialisation through coaching and modular training for mill owners, mill managers and mill staff to improve management, along with a Business Development Support component providing coaching and individual support. The program runs across five modules over roughly 10 months, with each module consisting of a three-day training. Costs for training, materials, venue and meals are covered, and participants receive per diems and transportation allowances.

The program targets mills (medium to large sized) that have been in business for at least three years and have a team of at least 10 employees; participants should attend all required training sessions and meetings, and at least 30% of participants should be female.
