Chief of Office and UNESCO Representative in Libreville (P-5 grade)

The UNESCO is recruiting a Chief of Office and UNESCO Representative in Gabon (P-5) to lead and coordinate its activities in Libreville, Gabon. The role entails representing UNESCO in Gabon and guiding multidisciplinary programmes across education, science, culture, communication and information. The assignment is based in Libreville with a fixed-term contract (2 years, renewable).

Master or equivalent in a field related to UNESCO's mandate; minimum 10 years of professional experience at leadership levels in international, national, or United Nations system organizations; excellent French with good English.
