Directeur IROC et Supply Chain

The Directeur IROC et Supply Chain is responsible for supervising and optimizing the value chain across mining, processing, logistics, transport and ship loading, coordinating resources and decisions in real time. The role includes implementing budgets and forecasts, sales planning, and operations scheduling, with the aim of integrated and detailed operational planning. The position leads transformation towards operational excellence and data-driven decision making within Eramet Group and collaborates with Setrag and Comilog teams.

Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Mines, Metallurgy or Industrial Engineering with at least 10 years of operational or planning experience in a mining or industrial environment; proven experience in managing technical and operational teams; bilingual French – English.
