The Riyadh Al-Ilm University Scholarship is a fully funded program for international students and residents to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD studies in Saudi Arabia, with comprehensive financial support including tuition coverage, monthly stipend, housing, health insurance, and other allowances. The program targets disciplines in health sciences, engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, and business, with a focus on attracting global talent to contributing fields in the Kingdom. The scholarship encompasses academic and living cost support for the duration of the degree programs.

Full tuition coverage, monthly living stipend, free on-campus housing, comprehensive health insurance, annual round-trip airfare, visa and residence cost coverage, support for books and study materials.

Open to all nationalities for study at the bachelor's, master's, or PhD level in Saudi Arabia.
