Developing Engineering Leaders through Her (DELT-Her) Initiative 2025 for Nigerians

Developing Engineering Leaders Through Her (DELT-Her) is an initiative that seeks to create opportunities for women in engineering by attracting and supporting innovative engineering ideas which would be mentored and developed into startup companies. The program targets Nigerian women with engineering ideas and provides support to develop their projects, with the aim of inspiring future female engineers in Nigeria.

Mentoring, funding for project development, and opportunities to develop startup ideas within a supportive network.

Open to Nigerian women with engineering ideas who hold at least a bachelor’s degree, aged 23 to 45, with a team comprising at least 60% female participants.

Submit a complete application form with a detailed proposal. Application deadline: July 31, 2025.
