University of Washington International Program in Public Health Leadership (IPPHL) 2027

The University of Washington International Program in Public Health Leadership (IPPHL) is a fully funded leadership fellowship for mid-career public health professionals across Africa. The eight-month program strengthens leadership, policy analysis, and implementation skills to improve health systems, delivered by the Evans School and supported by the Gates Foundation. Participants receive a comprehensive leadership curriculum, practical policy development training, and opportunities for international networking.

Lodging during the Leadership Immersion, airfare for the Leadership Immersion, lodging during the Capstone Seminar, airfare for the Capstone Seminar, and limited financial assistance for certain additional expenses.

Mid-career public health professionals across Africa, currently working within government or in close partnership with government health systems.
