ICGEB-DIC-MOST International Fellowship Programme (IFP)

The ICGEB-DIC-MOST International Fellowship Programme (IFP) offers competitive short-term fellowships in Life Sciences to scientists from ICGEB Member States wishing to pursue postgraduate research in China. The programme supports research mobility for 3, 6 or 12 months at partner laboratories in China, with hosting labs providing space, setup and administrative support.

Monthly stipend, laboratory space and setup, visa assistance, accommodation support, and administrative/logistics support from partner institutes

Open to nationals of ICGEB Member States who hold a PhD, are under 45 years of age, have completed at least two years of postdoctoral research, and wish to spend 3, 6 or 12 months at a partnering institute in China.

Applicants should first contact a PI at a chosen Partnering Institute in China to develop a research proposal; submit via the online guidelines and copy correspondence to ICGEB and the China Liaison Office. The online application must be completed by 31 March 2026, 23:59 CET.
