Tele-Tandem

Tele-Tandem is a bilingual German–French school exchange programme and digital platform that enables classes to collaborate in a protected virtual classroom. It supports project-based, cross-curricular teamwork to practice foreign languages, develop intercultural competence and improve media literacy. The programme is designed for paired classes from Germany and France and provides tools and guided online accompaniment for binational project work.

Access to a protected virtual classroom on the Tele-Tandem platform, guided online accompaniment for binational school projects, opportunities to practice foreign languages, develop intercultural competence and improve media/ICT skills.

Classes of all school types and grade levels from Germany and France may participate. Participating German classes should have a partner class in France, a concrete idea for a German–French project (preferably interdisciplinary), and an internet-connected device with webcam and microphone.
