Joint Australian Chapter of ACS–RACI 3-Minute Thesis Presentation Competition in Chemical Sciences

The Joint Australian Chapter of ACS–RACI 3-Minute Thesis Presentation Competition in Chemical Sciences is a research-student presentation contest for chemical sciences and chemical engineering. Participating Honours, Masters and PhD students deliver a concise, 3-minute presentation judged on scientific content, clarity and presentation skills. State and territory RACI branches each host selection events, and nominated finalists compete in an online national finale on December 2, 2026. Cash prizes are awarded to the top three finalists.

Cash prizes for the finale: $500 to the winner, $300 to first runner-up, $200 to second runner-up; opportunity to present at state/territory and national levels.

Honours, Masters and PhD students in all sub-disciplines of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering; entry via respective state/territory RACI branch competitions.
