Progresar Obligatorio

Progresar Obligatorio is a scholarship programme administered by the Argentine Ministry of Capital Humano aimed at students enrolled in an educational institution. It targets applicants aged 16 to 24 and requires regular attendance and completion of mandatory formative extension activities. Benefits are paid to a registered CBU or CVU bank account and receipt of the full payment depends on meeting attendance and activity requirements.

Applicants must be students aged between 16 and 24; the applicant's and household income must not exceed the equivalent of three Salarios Mínimos, Vitales y Móviles; applicants must demonstrate regular attendance at an educational institution and meet the conditions established for the programme line.

Applicants must have an active Mi Argentina account for identity validation and register a titular CBU or CVU. Management is personal and does not require intermediaries.
