Mihály Zichy Prize (Illustrators Competition)

The Mihály Zichy Prize is an illustrators' competition dedicated to the work of Hungarian artist Mihály Zichy and thematically linked to Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani’s fables. It aims to encourage artists working in contemporary Hungarian and Georgian art, to develop creative connections and to deepen cultural relations between the two countries. The competition is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and organised by the Embassy of Hungary in Georgia. The winner is to be sent, with the Embassy's support, to a three-week international art camp.
