Longview Digital Minds Career Development Fellowships 2026

Applications are open for the Longview Digital Minds Career Development Fellowships 2026, funded by Longview Philanthropy in partnership with Future Impact Group. The program aims to fund individuals to develop a career focused on digital minds topics such as potential consciousness, sentience, moral status, or welfare of artificial intelligence systems. Successful applicants are typically degree students or professionals with mentorship and an interest in pursuing new skills or starting independent work or organizations.

Stipend, additional research/logistics funding, networking opportunities, access to computational resources (where applicable), and an invitation to the annual Mind, Ethics, and Policy Summit at NYU.

A current or prospective graduate student seeking financial support to pursue studies in digital minds issues; a technical AI researcher; a communications professional pivoting to digital minds work; a non-profit entrepreneur planning to explore the space; or a career civil servant, diplomat, or legal researcher exploring policies for digital minds.
