Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Scholarships 2026–2027

The ICCR Scholarships 2026–2027 are scholarships administered by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations for international students to undertake studies in India. Applicants submit applications through the ICCR A2A portal and shortlisted candidates are reviewed by Indian universities and selected by Indian missions/posts abroad. Student arrival for studies is anticipated between June and August 2026.
