People's Government of Inner Mongolia — Scholarship for Mongolian Students (2026-2027)

A scholarship programme offered by the Government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of Mongolia for the 2026–2027 academic year. It funds placement of selected Mongolian students into bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree studies in Inner Mongolia, China. The programme sets age, academic and language requirements per degree level and lists support items for selected scholars. Applicants are selected by a government committee.

Passport processing support; notarization/authentication of diplomas; scholarship allowance (noted as 500+ for some levels); six months of medical insurance; E-Mongolia related support; accommodation and related logistical support; other listed study-related allowances and materials.

Mongolian citizens with the following maximum ages: up to 25 for bachelor's applicants, up to 35 for master's applicants, and up to 40 for doctoral applicants. Minimum GPA requirements: bachelor's applicants with GPA ≥ 3.0; master's and doctoral applicants with undergraduate/graduate GPA ≥ 3.2. Master's and doctoral applicants must have HSK-3 or equivalent. Applicants must upload application materials to the specified online portal between 2026-06-01 and 2026-06-25. A government selection committee reviews applications and selects scholars; required notarized documents and certified diplomas must be provided.
