ReGeneration 23rd Cycle is a 24-hour online career-development training programme delivered through live sessions and workshops. The programme includes career readiness sessions via Zoom, CV and LinkedIn training, interview preparation, elevator pitch practice and live interaction with HR professionals. Participants receive practical insights from recruiters and opportunities to ask questions about the labour market and selection processes. The programme is cohort-based and delivered fully online.
