Stokes Educational Scholarship Program - Language

The Stokes Educational Scholarship Program - Language is a tuition assistance scholarship run by the U.S. National Security Agency for students who plan to study Chinese or Farsi as part of a college degree. Participants attend college full-time at an accredited U.S. institution and complete a minimum of 12 weeks of summer employment at NSA in work related to their language course of study. Selected scholars may receive up to $30,000 per academic year toward tuition and mandatory educational fees and earn an annual salary during summer employment. Additional housing and travel benefits may be available for students whose school is located more than 75 miles from NSA during summer employment.
