Microsoft Scholarship Program for Women Pursuing STEM Careers 2025

The Women at Microsoft (WAM) Scholarship program provides financial assistance to graduating high school seniors pursuing undergraduate degrees in technology-related fields. It offers 26 one-time awards of $5,000 USD to help recipients pursue their STEM-related studies in the United States. International applicants may apply if they will attend school in the United States.

One-time scholarship award of $5,000 USD per recipient

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, self-identify as a woman, non-binary, gender fluid or transgender woman, plan to enroll full-time in a technology-, engineering-, math-, or computer science-related undergraduate program in the United States for the upcoming academic year, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
