Mediterranean Youth Water Hackathon

The Mediterranean Youth Water Hackathon is a competitive event inviting teams of 2-3 young innovators to address water-related challenges affecting water, energy, food, and ecosystems in the Mediterranean region. Teams compete to develop innovative solutions, with prizes and ongoing mentorship for top-performing teams. The in-person event provides travel and accommodation coverage for two team members, while additional members must cover their own costs.

Prize money: €3,000 for first place and €1,000 for each of the two runner-ups, plus ongoing mentorship.

Teams must consist of 2-3 members, aged 18-35, and be nationals of a Mediterranean member state.
