UNDP AI Trust and Safety Re-imagination Programme 2025

The UNDP AI Trust and Safety Re-imagination Programme invites innovators to re-imagine Trust & Safety in AI, with a focus on equitable and practical approaches and public–private sector collaboration. Submissions should present practical outputs or findings beyond ideation and may come from individuals or teams across academia, industry, civil society and government. Selected applicants will engage with AI researchers, policymakers and practitioners and may contribute to thought leadership and implementation initiatives within UNDP’s AI Hub for Sustainable Development and related activities.

Opportunity to present ideas to AI researchers and policymakers, engage with government stakeholders, join UNDP’s AI Trust and Safety community, and contribute to publications and programming development initiatives.

Submissions are encouraged from innovators working at the intersection of AI and Trust & Safety, including individuals, university departments, startups, NGOs and industry groups; at least one team member must be proficient in English; teams may have up to three presenters.

Submit a slide presentation (no more than 10 slides) or an abstract paper (no more than three pages) in English; online presentation/interview is required.
