Sankofatech Achievers in Technology (AIT) Program 2025

The Sankofatech Achievers in Technology (AIT) Program is a four-year initiative aimed at cultivating Black technology leaders in the United States. It provides scholars with a structured path including mentorship, networking, and skills development, along with financial support. The program emphasizes software engineering and data science careers and offers opportunities to attend a tech conference as part of the benefits.

Mentorship; technical interview preparation services; diverse network of Black tech professionals; opportunity to attend a tech conference; an annual $500 scholarship (first two years).

Applicants should be entering a U.S. college or university as a first-year student in the 2024-2025 academic year, have strong interest in a career in software engineering or data science, be of African descent, and come from a low-income household.
