Manager Juridique Bilingue

The Sunda International is recruiting for a bilingual Legal Manager to strengthen its international legal framework, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard company interests across markets. The role involves shaping and updating the international legal system, managing contracts, corporate administration, intellectual property, and litigation, and providing legal risk oversight for international activities.

A Master (Bac+5) in Business Law, International Law, Commercial Law or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal function or law firm; strong business law and international commercial law knowledge; excellent French and professional English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
