TechForward Policy Fellowship 2025 for Africans

The TechForward Policy Fellowship is a three-month hybrid programme hosted by the Africa Center for Digital Transformation (ACDT). It aims to equip emerging leaders to shape Africa’s digital future through expert workshops, policy clinics, mentorship, and a capstone project, culminating in a fully funded in-person policy conference. The Spring 2025 cohort will include 15 fellows from diverse African countries.

Hands-on experience in digital policy development, networking with leading experts, and participation in a capstone project to influence Africa’s digital transformation.

Applicants must be 18–30 years old, hold a Bachelor's degree or relevant IT certification, and be citizens of an African country (residents abroad eligible). English proficiency is required, with a demonstrated interest in digital policies or related fields.
