The Widening the Pipeline Fellowship is a fully-funded programme by the National Press Foundation that provides expenses-paid trainings in Washington, D.C. and virtual workshops to support journalists of color. The fellowship focuses on early-career journalists and includes skills training, mentoring and peer support to help navigate newsrooms.

혜택

Airfare, hotel, some ground transportation, most meals for two in-person trainings in Washington, D.C., plus virtual workshops and mentoring.

지원 자격

Open to U.S.-based journalists with seven years or less of professional newsroom experience.

지원

Submit a supervisor letter confirming permission to attend all sessions; apply by December 15.
