Senior Manager – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Award

CIFOR-ICRAF is hiring for a Senior Manager responsible for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (ME&L) to lead ME&L tools, frameworks, and reporting across AWARD initiatives. The role includes coordinating ME&L activities, developing indicators, reporting to donors and stakeholders, and disseminating knowledge through outputs such as technical reports and policy briefs. The appointment is for a fixed term with potential extension, based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Remuneration in USD; potential for extension contingent on performance and resources.

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; at least 10 years of work experience, including not less than 5 years in a management role for ME&L.
