Dora Plus Scholarship

The Dora Plus Scholarship is a national Estonian programme supporting international students for master's studies and doctoral research mobility. It is managed by the Office of Education and Youth of Estonia and Tallinn University organises candidate selection for its specialities. The scholarship provides mobility-related financial support to facilitate studies and short-term research visits in Estonia.

Monthly allowance for Master's students; funding for living costs for doctoral mobility; support for short-term study visits for researchers.

Foreign students who are enrolled or admitted to Tallinn University and are registered in a Master's programme or a Doctoral programme; candidates must demonstrate academic excellence, present a coherent research project and meet the programme's mobility requirements.
