World Changers RUK Excellence Scholarship

The World Changers RUK Excellence Scholarship at the University of Glasgow is an undergraduate merit scholarship for students from England, Northern Ireland and Wales. It rewards high A Level achievement for new entrants to eligible bachelor's programmes and is disbursed as a cash award during the first year of study. The award is allocated automatically based on UCAS-transmitted qualifications and does not require a separate application. The scholarship excludes certain programmes such as medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, nursing and product design.

A single cash prize of £3,000 paid in two instalments during the first year of study.

Applicants must hold RUK status (England, Northern Ireland or Wales), achieve A*AA at A Level in a single sitting (A*A*A for accelerated pathways), and be admitted to an eligible undergraduate programme (excluding medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, nursing and product design).

No separate application; eligible applicants are identified automatically via UCAS and informed of the award in October following matriculation.
