MultiChoice Talent Factory East Africa, West Africa & Southern Africa Academy Class of 2024

The MultiChoice Talent Factory East Africa, West Africa & Southern Africa Academy Class of 2024 is a 12-month, funded industry readiness programme across three regional academies in Kenya, Nigeria and Zambia. It provides hands-on learning experiences in directing, producing, cinematography, and related film and television production skills, with opportunities to learn from leading industry professionals. Sixty selected candidates from 13 African countries will participate in this year-long academy.

Participants will learn from leading industry professionals in TV and film and gain experience in directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, and related skills throughout a 12-month program.

Applicants must have a college/university qualification and be between 21 and 26 years old.
