McKinsey & Company Young Leaders Program 2026 – Addis Ababa

The McKinsey & Company Young Leaders Program 2026 – Addis Ababa is a two-year full-time consulting program intended to develop exceptional young local Ethiopian talent into leaders. Fellows work on client projects in teams, receive training and mentoring, and may progress to a business analyst role after completion. Based in the Addis Ababa office, participants may have opportunities to work in other offices across Africa.

Undergraduate or master’s degree with an excellent academic record; less than 1 year of continuous work experience; demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities or work; strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work in a team; fluent in English and the local language.
