Fulbright Foreign Student Program (FFSP) Nepal 2027–28: Fully Funded Master’s Scholarship in the USA

It is a fully funded scholarship administered in Nepal by the U.S. Educational Foundation in Nepal (USEF-Nepal) and supports graduate-level study in a wide range of disciplines (excluding Medicine and Nursing). Selected scholars receive a comprehensive funding package including tuition coverage, living allowance, airfare, health insurance, visa sponsorship, and pre-departure support.

Open to Nepali citizens currently residing in Nepal who have completed at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree, possess relevant professional experience, demonstrate strong academics, English proficiency, and a commitment to returning to Nepal after the program.

Applications are evaluated in a multi-stage process based on academic merit, leadership, objectives, professional experience, and potential impact; shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews and final selections are made nationally and internationally
