UNDP People Development Analyst-Onboarding

The UNDP internship positions the candidate to support the Onboarding Programme implementation, coordination of learning materials, and leveraging digital tools to enhance the onboarding experience. The role involves coordinating with HR teams, supporting new hire orientation, and contributing to the development and evaluation of onboarding processes. It is targeted at individuals with relevant education and experience in talent development, learning design, and project coordination within the UN system context.

Master’s degree in educational technology, Adult Education, Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree in these disciplines with up to two years of relevant professional experience.
