Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship for 2027 Embassy Recommendation for Specialized Training College Students

It includes one year of intensive preparatory education followed by two years of specialized training college study. Applications are submitted through the Japanese embassy or consulate in the applicant's country of nationality.

Monthly stipend; waivers of tuition and related fees; economy-class airfare to Japan; preparatory education in Japan; two years of specialized training college study.

Applicants must hold nationality of a country with diplomatic relations with Japan, be born on or after April 2, 2002 (with exceptions for unavoidable circumstances), have completed 12 years of schooling by March 2027, be willing to study in Japanese, be in good health, be able to arrive in Japan in early April 2027, and obtain a Student visa before arrival.

Submit the required documents to the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country; complete written exams and interviews as part of the screening process; await results from the embassy and MEXT.
