NDDC Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship 2026/2027 for Nigerian Students to Study Abroad – Masters & PhD

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) offers Masters and PhD scholarships for Nigerian students from the Niger Delta to study abroad. The scholarship is a full-fee award for selected candidates pursuing postgraduate study at foreign universities, for both Masters and PhD programmes. Applications are open with an annual cycle and shortlisted applicants are announced by the Commission.

Full tuition coverage for the duration of the programme.

First degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division for Masters or a good Master’s Degree for PhD, admission to a postgraduate programme abroad, completion of NYSC, and guarantor of good conduct; must be from Niger Delta states.
