taz Panter Foundation Workshop 2026 for African Journalists

Applications are open for the taz Panter Foundation Workshop 2026 for African journalists. The program invites 16 African journalists to participate in a five-month hybrid program beginning in April 2026, culminating in a 12-day in-person phase in Berlin and Brussels, where participants will develop a bilingual print magazine and a four-part podcast series. All travel expenses for the stays in Berlin and Brussels are fully covered, and participants will receive an honorarium for their contributions.

Journalists from the 16 listed African countries are invited to apply; fluent English is required; applications from women journalists are strongly encouraged.
