Thrive Capital Fellowship Program 2025

The Thrive Capital Fellowship Program 2025 is a 10-week paid internship for rising college juniors, offering a $40,000 grant to offset education costs, a paid internship with an annualized salary of $100,000, mentorship, and opportunities to work with Thrive’s teams and portfolio companies in New York City.

Open to current sophomores at accredited four-year US universities (graduating in 2027) who are interested in startups, founding or investing, and who can analyze businesses and communicate effectively.
