Studentdesigntävlingen 2026

A site-specific student design competition to develop an accessible and contemplative outdoor space for funerals and memorials at Norra kyrkogården in Visby. The competition seeks sustainable, meaningful design solutions that integrate function, environment and accessibility. Prizes are awarded to the top entries and winners are presented at a national conference in May 2026.

1st prize 10 000 kronor; 2nd and 3rd prizes 5 000 kronor each; presentation of winners at SKKF's national conference 11–12 May 2026 in Visby.

Students enrolled in SLU's programmes for garden engineers (design focus), landscape engineers and landscape architects at Ultuna and Alnarp.
