Create Ukraine

Create Ukraine is a programme that returns Ukrainian professionals with international experience to work in government teams on reform and European integration priorities. Participants are assigned to government ministries to work on strategic national projects for a 12-month period and take part in seminars, workshops and a certified Government Relations programme by KSE. The programme provides financial support and placement within advisory teams rather than formal civil service employment.

Monthly financial support of EUR 1500 (UAH equivalent), assignment to a government ministry team, access to seminars and workshops, and a certified Government Relations programme by KSE.

Applicants must be Ukrainian citizens, have resided abroad for at least two years at the time of application, be at least 22 years old, hold a completed higher education degree (minimum Bachelor’s), have professional experience abroad in relevant policy or sectoral areas (or a foreign Bachelor’s/Master’s degree), be fluent in Ukrainian and English, and be ready to return to Ukraine and work on-site in Kyiv full-time for 12 months.

Submit an online application form, undergo review and validation, be invited to an interview in English, and receive a decision and offer before returning to Ukraine to start work.
