DW Traineeship 2026 in Germany

The DW Traineeship is a paid international traineeship program hosted by Deutsche Welle in Germany. It runs for 18 months and includes seminar modules, editorial placements, and foreign bureau assignments, providing hands-on experience in journalism. Trainees receive a monthly stipend, with gross payments ranging from €2196 to €2473 depending on the period.
