A STAR SINGA Scholarship 2026

The A*STAR SINGA Scholarship is a fully funded PhD or EngD scholarship in Singapore, offered in collaboration with five leading Singaporean universities. It is open to international students to undertake doctoral studies in partner universities in Singapore for a four-year period. The scholarship covers tuition, a monthly stipend, airfare, and a settling-in allowance, with applications for the January 2026 intake.
