The DHL Group Gen Z Programme 2026/2027 for young South Africans

The DHL Gen Z Programme is a 12-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience within DHL’s operations and customer service. It offers practical exposure, professional skills development, mentorship, and a pathway to a career in a global logistics company. The programme targets ambitious young people and includes structured learning, exposure to a global business environment, and a monthly living allowance stipend.
